Return Window

You may request a return within 12 days of delivery.

Eligible Returns

For items not marked as Final Sale:

  • Must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging.

  • Hygiene-sensitive items must remain sealed.

  • Custom or personalized items are not returnable.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping and any customs/duties.

  • Returns without prior approval or outside the return window will not be accepted.

Final Sale Items

  • Products purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

  • This applies to all items clearly marked as discounted at checkout.

How to Request a Return

  • Full name

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos if the item is faulty

Our team will review and provide instructions.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. Late claims may be denied.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method after inspection of the return. Processing may take 2–3 business days depending on your bank.

Order Cancellations

Orders already processed, packed, or shipped may be subject to cancellation or restocking fees. Once in progress, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Important Notice

We do not offer free returns. All shipping, handling, and customs costs are the customer’s responsibility. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
